Cratos is a new approach to health, wellness and performance for people of all ages. We provide scientific and evidenced based approach to wellness across the lifespan.
Our goal is to improve the quality of life through injury prevention, treatment, assessment and management of injuries. Cratos also excels at rehabilitation and reconditioning of injuries and sports performance for physically active populations including recreation athletes, weekend warriors, youth and elite athletes.

Steve Reese, MS, LAT, ATC
Owner
Works with private training, sports performance, and rehabilitation clients
Steve has a true passion for helping people and improving their quality of life through health and fitness. His experience working with Division I, Division III, and high school athletes in a sports medicine clinic setting focused his philosophy on injury prevention.
Tasha Mulligan, MPT, LAT/ATC
Director of Rehabilitation
Works with rehabilitation, private training, and group fitness clients
A former Division I softball player, Tasha is currently a licensed physical therapist, certified athletic trainer, and certified strength and conditioning specialist. She has expertise in women's health, postural assessment, and rehabilitation of all orthopedic conditions. She was formerly a physical therapist and partner of Athletico in Chicago.
Matthew Watson
Director of Programming, Strength and Conditioning Coach
Works with sports performance and youth training clients
Matthew brings energy and passion to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals. He integrates advanced methodology to help athletes with muscle gain, strength, and body composition. A former soccer and strength athlete, Matthew also has a wide range of coaching experience, both in-person and online. Since graduating from Drake University, he has worked in numerous media and management roles.
Montez Anderson
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Works with group fitness, sports performance, youth training, and private training clients
With more than 15 years experience in teaching physical education and coaching, Montez knows how to motivate each client to work their hardest at each session. A graduate of Des Moines Roosevelt High School and the University of Iowa, his experience has a collegiate athlete helps him connect with his youth training and sports performance clients.
Zach Corwin
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Works with youth training and private training clients
Zach has a passion for fitness and helping people reach their goals. In addition to personal training, he coaches competitive youth soccer and remains active in the sport. He received his personal training certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2022, and uses his knowledge to construct workouts that are tailored to each client’s needs.
